Saruhan Hotel is a yellow stone house run by a Turkish Family. We are the only hotel in all of Istanbul which is built in both stone and wood. Named after the smoothly-hewn yellow-tinted stone, our hotel, "Saruhan," is old Turkish for "The Yellow Inn."
